Nuun, the hydration tablets that have made sports drink so easy to mix on the go, have exciting new additions for spring.

U is a line of hydration tablets aimed at the yoga and fitness set for everyday hydration and electrolytes—with just a touch of sweet. While it’s a touch more than the no-sugar-added original Nuun, U tabs have only 7 calories and 1.2 grams of carbohydrates to give a bit of restorative energy along with  refreshing and hydrating qualities. U comes in three fun flavors: goji berry green tea, lemon chai and tangerine ginger, and is available in health food stores and select yoga and fitness studios across the country. $8.50 for 16 tabs. www.uhydration.com

There are also exciting additions to the original hardcore Nuun, including a bigger tablet for larger water bottles (32 oz. vs. the original 16 oz.-making tablet) and a tasty new orange ginger flavor to round out the offerings to five. Orange ginger along with lemon lime will be available in the 32-ounce “Bigger Nuun,” which retails for $12.95/12 tablets, original Nuun are $6.95/12 tablets. www.nuun.com
